PCA

Overview
Functions as a direct patient caregiver performing tasks to assist registered nurses. Performs hands-on care, assistance with ADL?s and specified technical tasks for a group of patients under the supervision of the Team Leader. C.N.A.'s are not allowed, by practice standards, to perform any invasive procedure or any application of topical medications.
Responsibilities
Hospital experience preferred. Medical terminology a plus. Must be able to operate computer and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of a course of study that provides basic nursing skills and the advanced skills required. Licensure Requirements: Certification as a C.N.A. is preferred. Physical Requirements: Type F



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
