Full Time Factory Jobs

ASG is now accepting applications for multiple factory positions in a full time capacity (40+ hrs / week). Details are listed below:

Required to be available for any shift and able to switch shifts as needed
Required to have or purchase steel toe boots/shoes prior to starting work
Pay is determined by shift. 1st-$8.97/hr 2nd & 3rd-$9.22/hr
Raises given to all 3 shifts after 90 days and again at 180 days (3 and 6 months) until top out pay is reached at $10.05/hr for 1st shift or $10.30/hr for 2nd & 3rd
Bonuses are paid quarterly according to safety and production standards being satisfied

Multiple positions within the facility to be filled, so candidates should be willing to work in whatever capacity is requested by ASG, or our client DTR.
Once hired, if for any reason you are asked to switch jobs or change shifts and your availability has "suddenly changed"-do not expect to continue your employment with ASG. We will attempt to assist your if possible, but it is not likely to happen in most cases. The ability to change shifts and jobs as needed is an ongoing requirement of the job(s).
Most of these positions are fast paced, production driven jobs that require attention to detail and the ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions.
Overtime is not optional. Most positions will work a minimum of 40-60 hours per week. All hours that are requested by ASG or DTR are mandatory and must be worked as scheduled or requested. Non-compliance with this requirement is grounds for dismissal.

NOTE: These positions are full time jobs with ASG. There is the potential to be hired on by our client for full time employment with them if all the requirements of the job are met and all the policies and procedures followed. There is no set time frame for this to happen and it is not guaranteed to happen if associates do not follow all policies and procedures as well as adhere with exact detail to the attendance policy. Attendance is the quickest way to impress and get your foot in the door and is the quickest way to lose your job as well.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
